These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the services provided by Yulala Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Membership Registration
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
Account Management
Users are responsible for managing their accounts at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use.
Subscription
This service includes a monthly subscription plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date. Users must complete the cancellation process before the next billing date. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-term cancellations.
[Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)]

Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately, and you will only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining balance of your current plan.

To downgrade to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription first and wait until the end of your billing cycle before purchasing the new plan.

No refunds (including prorated refunds) will be provided for duplicate purchases made before your current plan expires.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
