Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preference

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will provide a replacement or refund at our expense.

Return Procedure

Please return items in accordance with the method specified by the Company.

Return Shipping Costs

 •   Defective or incorrect items: Covered by the Company  

 •   Customer-related reasons: Covered by the customer

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be accepted after the shipping process has been completed.

Digital Content and Subscription Services

Due to the nature of digital content and subscription services, no returns or refunds will be accepted after purchase or after use has begun.
